Products and prices

The shop sells digital downloads: LUT packs, Lightroom preset packs and a PowerGrade for DaVinci Resolve. Prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF), as shown at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe. The contract is concluded when your payment is completed and I send you your download links.

Delivery

Files are delivered digitally right after payment, as a download link on the confirmation page and by email. Download links stay valid for 72 hours, so please download your files soon and keep a copy. If a link has expired, email me with your order email and I will send a new one.

No refunds, and your right of withdrawal

Digital products are delivered instantly, so all sales are final and I do not offer refunds.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14 day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right ends when delivery starts, but only if you expressly agree to immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal. You are asked to confirm this in the cart before you pay, and again on the payment page. Your confirmation and its time are stored with your order.

If a file is damaged, missing or will not open, email me and I will fix it or send a replacement. Your statutory rights for defective digital content stay unaffected. In Switzerland there is no general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Licence for the products you buy

• You may use the files in your own personal and commercial projects, including client work and videos you publish.
• You may not resell, share, upload, sublicense or redistribute the files, alone or as part of another product.
• You buy a licence to use the files, not the files themselves. All rights in them, including copyright, stay with me.
• One purchase is for one person. Ask me if a team needs more seats.
• The files are provided as they are. Results depend on your footage, exposure and software.

Compatibility

The LUTs are made for the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P and Pocket 4. They are standard .cube files and may work on other footage, but I cannot promise a match. Ask before you buy if you are unsure.

Photography and film work

Commissioned photography and film are covered by the quote or contract agreed for each project. See also the copyright statement.

Liability and law

I am liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and as far as the law allows otherwise limited to the price you paid. Liability that cannot be excluded by law, for example for injury to life or health, stays unaffected.

Swiss substantive law applies, excluding its conflict of laws rules and the UN Sales Convention (CISG). The courts at my registered place of business (Zumikon, Canton of Zurich) have jurisdiction, as far as the law allows. Consumers can also bring a claim at their place of residence where mandatory law gives them that right, and mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence stay unaffected.
